Low back pain - Lumbago
The most obvious low back pain symptoms is a pain in the lumbar part of the back (ie in the lower back). Low back pain is therefore also called lumbago.

Attitude is a major culprit in back problems. Someone who has a wrong attitude for years will suffer from it in the long run.
Trigger points can be a cause: small muscle knots in overloaded or injured muscles.
There may also be psychological causes: someone who is not feeling well is more likely to get complaints. Think of stress. Stress is also such a culprit when it comes to back problems.
And one often gets the other: when someone does not sleep well (because of stress, or whatever), then the body (and therefore the back) also suffers.
This way you can end up in a downward spiral, which does not make you happy. (And that, in turn, results in ..., etc. etc.). So you help yourself by examining what may be the cause of your back pain.
